We have a small wait list, but soon will have four newly renovated units that will become available in the next few months. They will have new kitchens, appliances, paint and more. We have a minimum one year lease requirement, and prefer even longer term leases. We have invested for the long term, so if you don’t like to move, and can pay your rent on time. Please contact us.
